Certified Organic Microgreens

Our microgreens are grown from seed and harvested weekly as soon as the true leaves have emerged, yielding a nutritionally dense and flavorful product. Tiny edible greens, smaller than baby greens and harvested later than sprouts. Microgreens are incredibly nutritious and add flavor, texture and color to salads, sandwiches, tacos, wraps and so much more! We grow microgreens year-round which allows us to offer a consistent supply of fresh, local greens.

WHAT WE'RE GROWING:

We currently grow a mild mix, spicy mix, radish mix, pea shoots and sunflower shoots.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION:
Microgreens are young vegetables, less than 2 weeks old. All those nutrients in that same seed that would produce a head of broccoli are harvested just after germination. Researchers found “microgreens were four- to 40-fold more concentrated with nutrients than their mature counterparts,” says researcher Qin Wang, PhD, assistant professor at the University of Maryland in College Park.

Pea shoots are an excellent source of vitamin C, E , A, potassium and of dietary fiber.

Sunflower shoots are a true super food! They contain all of the essential amino acids as well as iron, potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Radish microgreens contain a high concentration of B Vitamins, C, A, K, and E, iron, potassium, phosphorus, beta carotenes, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
