Alisa Craig: A distinct strain of the classic sweet and mild Ailsa Craig, this line has been specifically selected to perform in organic management systems. Mild onion with excellent size potential. Jumbo to colossal, round to teardrop-shaped bulbs with light yellow skins. Use fresh or for short-term storage. 110 days.


Parade: Bunching onion. Parade has bright white shanks with no bulbing and dark green foliage. Very uniform, upright growth makes for easy harvest and cleaning. 65 days.


Ruby Red: Beautiful burgundy skin gives this large, firm, sweet onion its name. Perfect for storing, this long-day onion lasts up to 6 months. Reliable plants yield crunchy, aromatic bulbs. 120 days. 


Yellow of Parma: A top-quality, late-maturing onion with golden, globe-shaped bulbs weighing an average of 1 pound, this variety hails from northern Italy. It has a mild, sweet taste when fresh, but its flavor intensifies when it is stored. One of the best onions varieties for storage. Long-day type. 110 days from transplant.
