Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch: Finely curled blue-green leaves hold their color even in severe cold. Uniform low-growing plants are 15" tall. Very hardy; will overwinter with mulch in zones 4-5. 53-65 Days.

Lacinato: Best eaten when leaves are 8-10''. Excellent flavor is enhanced by frost. 62 days.

Red Russian: Leaves have purple veins flat and frilled rather than curled. Mild sweet flavor. Tolerates cold temps. 50-60 days.

Scarlet: The broad, frilly, purple leaves grow on 2–3' tall, upright stalks. Takes on the chill of winter with stride! 55-60 days.
